Services Provided
• IEDS representatives will meet with the Client to establish the project scope of work.
• Develop the Project Planning Document which will include preliminary design, preliminary cost estimate and proposed construction
schedule.
• When the Project Planning Document is approved by the Client IEDS will develop design documents to perform the construction.
• IEDS will provide the design for parking lot and prepare the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan if needed.
• IEDS will assist the Client in evaluating contractors’ bids and assist with developing a schedule of values for payment and oversee construction activities.
• Through our relationship with an area general contractor we can offer our client design build services.
• IEDS personnel will accompany the Client to meetings with the contractor.
• IEDS will participate in site walk down at the end of construction phase and assist in resolving items on the punch list.
Previous Projects: IEDS has provided design services to renovate or build new houses, Churches, proposed office buildings, restaurants, and day cares.
